The Invincible

I enjoyed it. The story and end I got felt true to the character I played. Just enough tension and mystery to sustain the fairly slow place. It's also probably not much of a surprise to say it is frequently beautiful. My least favourite aspect was the invisible walls and a couple times where it wasn't clear why the rover was coming to a stop outside of my control. There were some very annoying spots, where the lack of a jump made for a lot of slowly walking around bumping into things. Especially annoying when the obstruction felt really unnecessary. I also don't understand why the run couldn't be unlimited, when running out of stamina just means slowing down for a moment, no interesting addition to gameplay. That stuff isn't much of a bother if you just keep your head down and stick to the paths. One or two simply really irked me towards the end, so those impression stuck. Still a worthwhile experience.

The Invincible – Review The Invincible is a beautiful sci-fi game based on the classic science-fiction novel The Invincible by Polish author Stanislaw Lem, originally published in 1964. The game was developed by Starward Industries and published by 11 bit studios in 2023. The gameplay and graphics were really impressive. The sci-fi atmosphere, environments, and overall visual design looked absolutely beautiful and did a great job of making the world feel mysterious and immersive. However, the game does have some optimization issues. At certain points, loading took longer than expected, and I experienced FPS drops in some areas. There were also a few moments where I somehow fell through the map, which was pretty funny but definitely felt like a bug. Thankfully, these issues weren't too serious overall, although the sudden FPS drops were annoying sometimes. As for the storyline, I won't say much because the story is one of the main reasons to play this game. I loved the whole story and the subtle changes to the og novel. The story is pretty immersive and fun to play. I had issues with a little big of lag performace wise but it could be due to the bluetooth controller or my laptop. Either way a good fun game.

Almost fell asleep playing this. Feels like the entire game is a tutorial.

Space Odyssey Inspired Firewatch, with a great suspense story, alongside a fledged world you get intrigued by at every step. Great experience for a lonely afternoon, and a fresh view on space stories. Will not spoil anything, so just take a leap of faith for 6-7hrs. Give it a try.

theres so many branches off in this game, that when watching a walk through (my game bugged so i couldnt progress), the guy making the walkthrough took a 45 minute detour i didnt know was an option. game did lag a bit on epic graphics quality, had to turn down to high when entering the finally segment of the game only get if you like listening to dialogue, theres 0 point in skipping it theres also ONE shooter section if you like those, but i dont know if its specific to my route
