I suppose you can describe this as a walking simulator, but Its not really a game. I suppose it does say so on the steampage "Kuindzhi, 93 is an atmospheric first-person narrative vignette about an 18-year-old boy from Donbas." Which is a perfect description. It conveys the atmosphere during the action in 2022 Mariupol, from a point of view of a humanitarian volunteer and his inner stuggles to make sense of why he is there supremely well. War is hell...

Fantastic game with a beautiful story. 12/10

The pace is painfully slow and you can't save. The checkpoints are extremely far apart and it feels like an hour or two to get to the next one. If you quit anywhere inbetween, you have to do the entire chapter over again. You can't run and even the fast walk is about the same as the normal slow walk. You can't skip the dialogue sections and have to listen to every single word, even though you can read the text much faster. And the music in certain parts is just terrible and annoying. However, the graphics are good and the mood is fittingly sombre. But I just don't have the time or patience to wade through this. Not enjoying it, sorry
