Kona

The atmosphere is okay, gameplay is extremely lethargic, which makes the game feel way too drawn out and boring. A few instances in the game are genuinely interesting but it becomes repetitive after the first time, except towards the end which is still refreshing. Nothing noteworthy to say, just a normal indie game. A simple increase in player movement and interaction speed would go a long way to make it feel more engaging.

Detective Kona!

A chill detective game that is a bit scary but has no jump scares. It´s a bit of walking simulator (and partly car driving) but it´s intuitive enough that you don´t need to visit the same locations many times. It has a few things that could be done better or differently in my opinion, but overall it´s solid - interesting, nice music, memorable atmosphere, clear fates of all characters. Some people are saying that the ending was rushed. I didn´t feel it like that. I felt like I explored enough before the ending and the conclusion was interesting (I don´t want to be more specific to avoid spoilers).

This one is a little janky, but i still love it very very much because of it’s setting and lore. Get it at a discount not worth 15€ imo.

KONA is a mystery detective walking simulator with really just a few survival elements. The visuals really emphasize the atmosphere of the 70s, and the soundtrack never gets annoying. Like any good detective game, the story keeps you hooked with its mystery and all those secrets you can uncover along your journey.
