I'm sorry but this game wasn't for me. It was hard to figure out how to use the controls and there was a part where you had to keep your eyes on a customer otherwise he'd kill you... so once I had to speak to another customer, the game auto-turned me toward them and he killed me, which is not fair. I failed 6 times trying to play through that part. It was impossible!

I played the demo and was excited to play the full game as the demo was a night shift laundry game that had a good amount of humor in it seemed like it would be a great final game if it kept that type of atmosphere and added the horror into it as well. That is far from the truth of how it is as this game is absolutely miserable. Outside of Night 2, the game is nothing like the demo. After Night 2. it's no longer a night shift laundry game, it's an extremely poor mashup of poorly designed ideas from other types games and all fail miserably. The game seriously has an identity crisis and doesn't know what it wants to be. The same can be said for the story itself, it's just all over the place with random stupid things and even in the end doesn't matter or make sense. The controls are also wonky and a pain at times as well creating more headaches than needed for certain parts. Finally, for a "horror" game, the only horror is playing the actual game itself past Night 2 (and night 2 is only ok because of a singular running gag for it which gets old fast anyways). Save your time and money and don't get this game. If anything, download the demo and enjoy the sampling of it through Night…

This was an enjoyable experience that took about an hour and a half to finish. There is a story that has a beginning middle and end. Not all questions are answered, so would be nice to see a follow-up game.
