A little bit of performance issues and choppy frame rates, oh well did not lose any inputs. I only found 3 forks: the Turn Around one, the Pick Scarf One and the Give Knife One. I guess idle non-actions would lead to more of them, though not having a way to skip past already-seen scenes discourages experimenting.

For an interactive movie supposedly built around 17 different endings, having no Steam achievements is a pretty big missed opportunity. Every ending could have been an obvious achievement, along with milestones for making certain choices or finding the different outcomes. There are also some annoying bugs with the choice system, including scenes where the choice UI can disappear entirely and leave you watching the video without being able to make a decision. It's a free game, but adding achievements and fixing the choice-system issues would have made this much more worthwhile for achievement hunters.
