Okay, I forgive the devs and changed my rating to thumbs up cause it's way too cute. But if you gonna play normal or hardcore, just know that there is no reliable health systems, elite mobs or even normal mob's hurts like hell and can even one hit you, making all your heart bars feel like a scam and the boss's patterns cooldown are way too damn fast and unforgiving. If you chase the endings, you will be forced to repeated content if you don't have guides. The difference from casual to normal is like heaven and earth lol. casual feels like you're just there to mess around lol

a fun metroidvania with very cute and charming graphics and characters. The setting and the music are very lively. The world and the characters are its own interpretation of Alice in Wonderland, which is very cool to see how it was made here. The game isn't long but offer a good lenght, with simple but fun gameplay, allowing you to upgrade your weapons, increase your damage, health and also get some interesting useful tools. The fact that you control two characters is also a cool thing here, you can swap between them at anytime during the game (and not only in battle, but also mid combo!), and each have their own gameplay and health, which you can use to your advantage. A nice detail is that your weapon change the appearance after certain upgrades. The animations and the chibi expressions are also very cute. The boss fights are cool too and there's a decent number of different enemies. There's 5 different endings, and you can (and must) complete all in the same playthrough. (after you get an ending, you can simply load your save again and it will put you back in a moment before reaching that ending). Later in the game there's nice twist too. I initially dropped this because the intro was kinda slow and disorienting, but I went back to it and had a blast once I got about 5 skills unlocked and started to figure out my way around the map. Another entry in what I describe as a "BunnyLike Search Action" game similar to: Rabi-Ribi, Bunny Must Die, Dust an Elysian Tail, Ori and the Blind Forest, and Tevi. "Beating" the game is not that hard to do, it just takes some time to learn the way around. The real challenge is in learning to navigate that environment quickly, what things can be skipped, what interactions can be manipulated (sometimes attacking a character before they finish speaking is better than talking to them at all! Other times, attacking a character will make a quest impossible to finish for the remainder of the loop! And sometimes the character has a randomized question and won't talk again until you leave the area and come back). Learning those interactions can be tedious, but putting it in the loop of practicing the speedrun anyway kinda cuts away some of that frustration and overall makes the game an enjoyable romp to learn and master.
