About Alice's World
The girl opens her eyes in a desolate world, and hears "your" voice from in front of the screen.
You can direct her actions, help her solve mysteries, evade dangers, and find a way to leave this place. Of course, you could also choose not to do so, or even worse, deliberately guide her to death... Just kidding, you surely wouldn't do that, right?
You can be honest, you can be deceitful, you can help, you can destroy.
But don't forget, you can't hide behind another identity.
She'll remember - remember everything you've done.

I could swear that way back when I played the demo for this, it called me a lolicon. I am not kidding and I'm sure I'm not hallucinating a memory either. Anyways...
My Experience
Alice's world is a "2D adventure puzzle" game with horror elements. But if you ask me, it's more like a really simple point and click game. The emphasis here is on the story and its presentation. Like another reviewer wrote, it's a game mostly because that's the best medium to deliver this story, and it's worth it! You, the player, are a character just as much as Alice and everyone else. And its up to you to help Alice to find her way in a mysterious world full of ruins. The game is absolutely gorgeous, and I just needed to get that out of the way. The art is very well done, stylized and appealing. It doesn't come off to me like typical manga/anime art which is surprising, but still. Characters have both cute chibi models and proper 2D sprites including a few fantastic CGs I can add to my ever-growing collection of wallpapers. As the store page already says, you can guide Alice either to what you think is best, or just have fun and get her deliberately killed. However, your actions do end u…1 found this helpful

A bit short but has simple fun puzzles to solve and a very engaging story. Alice being the highlight for me because of her back and forth she has with the player. I highly recommend it buying it however leaning more towards if it's on sale due it being short, but it is fully voiced and is very detailed with great art, so 50/50 on whether you want to support the devs with full price. P.S I hope there is a sequel or dlc with more Alice!
4/5 The only downside so far in this game is it's too short. hope there's a sequel.
Hm... first off the story is a bit short but interesting. I feel it could have been extended a bit. Graphics wise it looks very nice, and music is good too. Replayability... I would love if save files were added. This will prevent players from having to do 2-3 more cycles. I would love extended story for this game, overall I'd recommend this game for the story... though its like extremely short as emphasized. I had a decent experience, but it kind of left me with a bittersweet "could have been" at the end. Great concept, execution... decent.
Good story, good moral dilemma. Gameplay feels a bit boring at first, but once the story picks up that's not an issue. 7/10 game, on the most honest scale I can give. Not amazing, not perfect, but really good.
