Not recommended. AVOID. It is one of the rare video games where shooting at things feels boring af. Imagine trying to find anything in a massive map with no objective pointers whatsoever. Also it is has infinite enemy spawning, sluggish and non-responsive movement controls, enemies that seem to hit you no matter what and a horde mode design where actually trying to fight anything will only get you killed. If your last objective is in the fence maze, just give up - you are never coming out of there alive. It has the level of game design a five-year-old would come up. For the record, I did find 4/5 books, though finding the first one took like 30 minutes. They seem to be mostly on the edges of map (most locations have either an extra life or a book, usually an extra life) and the last two are probably in the central area of the map. One of the central locations is the fence maze... Eeh.
