About Ammo and Oxygen
A mix of roguelike shooter and survival on an unknown planet, featuring persistent progress and a cozy hub. Attempt to unravel the mysteries of what has happened by exploring stations, dungeons, canyons, swamps, and permafrost, while battling alien creatures.
- Adrenaline shooter. Each enemy is a mortal danger. Caution, reaction and aim are as important as a saved ammo and an extra explosion that raises the alarm in the den of creatures.
- At night it's more dangerous. Survival with elements of horror. Stock up on oxygen, flashlight batteries and ammo in advance to have a chance of surviving another night.
- Wide range of weapons and equipment. Pistols, assault rifles, shotguns, machine guns, grenade launchers, katanas, night vision, energy shields, sound absorption, weapon upgrades and more.
- Combos and progression. Recipes for unique weapons. Enhancements that transform your character. Shops and secret rooms throughout the levels. Weapon upgrades in the hub.
- Solo or co-op up to 4 players. Play shoulder to shoulder, protect your teammates' rear and share resources.Inspired by the best roguelikes like The Binding of Isaac and by the fast‑paced, dangerous vibe of Hotline Miami.

I was hesitant to buy for many reasons. The graphics can be better then some of their screenshots suggest. Some games remain janky even on high res / good hardware. The environemnt visuals are quite nice and smooth..... but its full of other jank: - objects that you can interect with have a blue icon hovering over them, which jolts across the screen, constantly realigning with the objects new position on the screen as you move around, not smooth in its movement like the environment itself. Kind of nauseating, distracting, vibe breaking, etc - similarly, the torch light also has a similar jolt to its movement at times, and a roughness to it, which is more noticeable because they have the light starting from a sharp point. It doesn't make sense because there is no sign of smoke to explain such a harsh cone shape in the air, and torches do not light up the ground like that when held. Because they have made the light start with a sharp cone, the jankyness stands out more then it otherwise would - There is only one movement animation and speed, so if you walk slow you are almost moonwalking. It totally ruins the feeling of sneaking around a corner These were all encounteed before I …5 found this helpful
This is a fun couch coop game to play with a friend. It's still a bit rough at the edges, but if you loved Gauntlet, Helldivers 1... maybe you'll enjoy it like we did. (I only have 20 min play time on my account, but we played ~50 hours on my partner's account.)1 found this helpful
The game is good, I really enjoy these kind of roguelikes. small problem for me though, over time the target crosshair gets closer to the character when I'm using a controller. It's a little annoying because I can't aim properly, especially if using a rifle, otherwise the game is good.1 found this helpful
An amazing game, loving it! Kind of a HD version of Alien Breed - Brilliant!!1 found this helpful
Purchased for the local co-op but unable to launch and play the game with controllers.
