Its okay. Kinda went through the content a bit too fast. Some bugs are annoying when standing inside a circle and its not "loading". Also the gold pickup is annoying because not always "clipping". You walk through the coin and it does not pick it up. Picking up items/ressources/gold needs to be somewhat "automated". Also there is no build with "no weapon" and there is no way to "remove items from the pool" etc. Also the explanations are bad, like what does it mean 1,2,3,4 and what does "strider" "exorcist" etc, mean. Information needs to be shown when hovering: what does this upgrad affect etc. Any stuff we unlocked needs to be shows as possible "future unlock tree" in the runs so we can strategically choose. Performance is lacking later on but the fact that we can "continue" after a crash is gold and really appreciated. Free aim needs to be not only on toggle but also as "as long you hold control, it shoots where the mouse is". There needs to be a map so we can circle around stuff we killed to pick up the loot, better would be to let it pickup everything after we successfuly finished the map. Survivors of the Dawn is rather cheap. Don't recommend unless its on sale. Right now its under $4. Only recommend on sale due to game being in Early Access and rumors of developer having abandoned the game. People in the discussions have claimed this game is buggy and prone to crashing. I'm sure the developers can fix this, but I'm suspicious the crashes are from people playing the game on a potato. Survivors of the Dawn is graphically intense. There's lots of ♥♥♥♥ going on on the screen all at once. Playing this on a laptop with a 3060, I'm surprised at how well it runs. But I do experience a dip in performance when I hit a boss. I've only ever had the game crash on me at the final boss where, for some reason, the game suddenly runs like crap on my computer when it appears and either goes back to running like normal after its defeated, or the game will poop all over itself then crash. Survivors of the Dawn is decent as a game, verging on good. Fairly basic compared to other games in this genre. It can be a little generic feeling. A mediocre horde survival rougelite. Its got a really addictive kick to its progression/unlock phase. The achievements are tied to new skills making the early game unlocks feel fresh. Some of the skills feel great, the environments look nice, and the game is mostly enjoyable if only for a few runs. Unfortunately it can all get very tiresome very quickly. First, the variety of content is kind of lacking. The game has a stagelike campaign that is kinda pointless, with each stage just like the last. Even though you have enough skills and upgrades to choose from, it will not offer any challenge at any difficulty when you figure out you can just overclock your starting weapon to ridiculous levels to win. The bosses are slow and barely do anything but stare at you menacingly. There are several heroes to choose from but there isn't any hint of story or background. Also, one or two of the skills are so poorly optimized they can slow your framerate to single digits when you upgrade spam one skill. Stay for a few runs then uninstall 5/10

Bought it pretty early on and it was a blast, over the course of updates its completely unoptimized because not it crashes and frame stutters when before i got a solid 120fps a shame was a great game.
