About Moonbase Lambda
WELL...HERE YOU ARE...
You wake up to silence.Something is here. You can’t see it, but you can feel it. It watches. It waits. And it hunts. The base, once a haven on the moon's surface, is now a labyrinth of flickering lights, groaning metal, and half-seen horrors.Every corridor is a gamble, every corner hides the unknown. Your only tools are your instincts and what little you can scavenge along the way.Can you outwit the unseen predator? Can you escape the decaying moonbase before it collapses completely? Or will you be another silent victim of the creature lurking in the shadows?
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Dynamic Survival Horror: Every playthrough is different with a procedurally generated maze that keeps you on edge. No run is the same.
- Classic Atmosphere: 3D visuals with a retro-inspired dithering effect immerse you in a chilling, timeless aesthetic.
- First-Person Tension: Limited visibility and environmental storytelling put you in the center of the fear. Every sound, every flicker of light, becomes a potential threat.
- Test Your Nerves: It’s not just about finding your way out—it’s about staying alive long enough to escape.

It's a great game, but man the AI needs some work. The monsters constantly love to double back over and over essentially camping an area. There was one time where I was under a table for about 5 minutes straight because they both would pass by and then double back constantly. Maybe how it could work is that they try to avoid repeating a room to many times and look elsewhere for a while unless you do something to attract them. I also would like to mention that there was one time where I was hiding in a room behind some crates, and as soon as the monster was in my line of sight it immediately saw me despite facing the opposite direction. Overall the game is great and builds tension pretty well, highly recommend it. Edit: Just had a run where I was trapped at the end of a hallway for over 10 minutes just waiting for them to stop camping, I ended up having to use a flare on one of the monsters in order to play the game. I really want this game to be amazing, but the AI really needs to be reworked.3 found this helpful
Monsters softlocking you in some stupid corner and start circiling for eternaty in half inch square all the time 0 times of monster actually not knowing where you are /101 found this helpful
I really like vibe! But can be short if you don't try to make all achievements and difficulty.1 found this helpful
Usually a short 'moonbase horror' game with this kind of interesting graphics would be right on my alley, but this being a rogue-like simply kills that potantial for me. Even after accepting as a rogue-like, which I knew it was since it's written on the store page, the game could be good despite that, but the implementation of that element is lacking too in my opinion.
Honestly worth the dollars you spend, this game has more content then what i would have expected. Good game, fun challenges.
No idea what people see in this, it feels like an AI made this.
