Don't play for the NSFW content, it's not really that kind of game lol. If you want to run around as a pretty anime girl and shoot things, this game is serviceable. So long as you know what to expect, you should be able to enjoy it.

I only recc this if on sale. The DLC is laughably terrible, but the main gameplay is better than some of the other AI slop around. It can be a fun time if you like jiggle physics and shooting zombies.

it's nailed the gameplay loop. 3rd person shooter, explore the world, pick up a timed quest. get more gear at a vending machine. find a secret vending machine to buy health or special ammo. for explore more. melee feels better than shooting. there's a funny thing that the torso of the girl can't spin anymore and your shots are off until you move another direction, it could get frustrating in tight spaces and being over run. and yes it has the CAMERA issue where the camera is running into a wall and IT WILL NEVER BE FIXED because most 3rd person games have this issue.

Anime vs Evil: Apocalypse, developed and published by Axyos Games, is a third-person shooter that blends fast-paced zombie combat with anime-inspired character design and a strong emphasis on customization. It’s a game that immediately signals what it wants to be: a stylized, action-heavy experience that prioritizes accessibility and visual appeal over deep systems or complex storytelling. From the outset, it’s clear that the focus is on delivering quick bursts of combat and player-driven expression rather than building a layered or evolving gameplay structure. The core gameplay revolves around shooting through waves of enemies across a variety of modes, including mission-based scenarios and more open-ended encounters. Controls are straightforward and responsive enough to make the moment-to-moment action feel satisfying, especially when using different weapons that offer varied firing styles and effects. There’s an initial sense of momentum as you move through environments, clearing groups of enemies and experimenting with different loadouts. However, this engagement tends to plateau fairly quickly. The mechanics don’t expand much beyond their initial setup, and while new weapons …

Game's not too bad I wouldn't pay full price for it though I would wait till it goes on sale then buy it also this game's on PS5 and Xbox Don't buy those versions because they're censored by the pc Version also When you load in to this game on the main menu there's an option in the bottom left corner to disable the clothes on the girls that only works in cut scenes and the main menu in for some reason their clothes are still if you have that feature enabled to get rid of their clothes in the main game you have to take 50% damage and then their clothes disappear also the boss puzzle makes no sense Just look up a walk through and had the game that's what I did it was way faster You don't even have to play the missions you can literally just go to any of the doors and then just punch in the code and then that's it that's all I did through the whole game it was easy Also there's bonus content at the end with the girls
