AOD does not run on Linux. Debian pure GNU Linux. Most other games run superbly, often better than windwoes but AOD does not. Worked well on win 11 but Iǘe recently dumped the M$ junk.

Good game but, always a but, to advance you must spend real money. At some point it will be about real money.
Really good game. Unfortunately, it isn't supported anymore. It doesn't accept purchases from Steam or allow you to buy anything from within the game.
more story
excellent free TD game, lots of weapons and upgrades and really nice touch with the maps being non-static. There is some limited functionality missing ie loot boxes but has zero difference to the game play imo. Having played for 5 hours I already I know I'll finish this game :)
