When you logged in to a steam account (Which only 2 options either steam account or gaijin account) and switched to gaijin account or logged out to another steam account, THEN back in to your MW original steam account. It will make you a new account and make you reset and LOST all of your whole progress and purchases. Their customer service is also prolonging the issue by replying a whole next day and repeating the same question without actually helping the issue. Not only that , it has egregious microtranscations. [b]Just avoid this game at all costs.

This game is absolutely terrible. The developers and moderators seem to be far more interested in making money from players than in making a balanced and enjoyable game. They are theives The system is painfully obvious. They release a new ship or item that costs around €40, and for the next month or so, anyone who buys it has a huge advantage. That ship is completely overpowered and can destroy almost everyone. At that point, the game has almost nothing to do with skill anymore. If you own the newest overpowered ship, you win. Simple as that. Then, after about a month and a half or two months, they heavily nerf that ship until it is barely useful anymore. And what do they do next? They release another new ship or item and repeat the exact same cycle. I used to fall for this because I didn't understand how the system worked. I would buy Battle Passes and other items, sometimes spending €100–€120 per month on this game. For the first month or two, the items I bought would be extremely strong and I could dominate matches. Then, a month or two later, those same items would get heavily nerfed and become almost useless. After that, a new overpowered item would be released, an…
