This is a desktop overlay clicker rhythm game. That is a combination I never thought I would see. It is branded a bit like a background idler, but I think it is more like a clicker title, since you earn XP by clicking and have to stay on your PC clicking around. So leaving the game running while AFK won’t get you anywhere. Not that there is anything wrong with that, just felt like pointing it out. This game has two ways of leveling up. You can either let it run while doing things on your PC, or you can play one of the many songs the game has. While the first option is a good choice, it does seem to conflict with mouse click registration sometimes, at least it did for me, and I had to double and sometimes triple click on my PC to navigate Steam while it was running. The rhythm game is actually pretty fun. I played a few songs and while none of the songs are that difficult, it was fun playing a rhythm game again, they are a rare sight. The way it works is similar to Guitar Hero, but you only have one button and one lane. Gameplay feels a lot like Taiko, except the notes fall vertically, which works nicely once you get used to it. There are two difficulty levels per song, and you can unlock new tracks just by playing or even by letting the game idle to build up inputs—very chill and accessible. I also appreciate the daily challenges, customization options, and compact UI that keeps the character from obstructing the play area. Love this, simple and funny. The character and bars responds to your clicks and keyboard taps, as well as many music or sound playing. Nice game to have around when working and listening to music. When bored or taking a break you can switch to playing the rhythm game. There's quite a few character themes as well as their corresponding music to unlock.

All are instrumental and seem unique to this game. The gameplay is similar to Taiko but the notes come down vertically. Each song has 2 difficulties. You unlock songs by either playing or simply running the game in the background to accumulate clicks/keyboard inputs (like bongo cat). There's also a daily challenge to get extra points. You can customize the size of the character/game so it doesn't get in the way. It's super cheap, a steal really, because it's really good for what it is. I'd say it's a must have for anyone that likes rhythm games.
