When this game launched, contrary to popular believe, you actually could not pet the dog. This was a point of dissatisfaction to me, and I filed a complaint with Vapor Cat Games about the inability to pet dog. One does not just put a dog there, after all; it must be pettable. Within a couple of hours, an update was pushed, and to my immense satisfaction, I can now pet the dog. I can pet it excessively, even. This is a fine example of the care and professionalism Vapor Cat Games puts into pleasing its players. Now you can Pet Dog.

Idle & Incremental Lovers recommends Berry Bounce: Very slow-paced idle game that doesn't require much player input, except a tweak every few hours. If you're OK with that, you might enjoy its simplicity. Would have been better as a desktop idler? + Berry Bounce has all the bases of an idle farming game. It doesn't stand out, but does the job. + Dev is responsive and listening to the player base. Quickly resolved a "cheeseburger not working" problem when I reached him. Yup, getting angry when hungry! ;-) Also, dev created the abilty to pet the dog following a (highly legitimate) request from a player. :-) - The chaining system being rather effective along with the autoclick, active clicking is quickly obsolete due to automation. It then becomes a very (too?) slow-paced game that, IMHO, would be more fitting for a desktop idler. - UI could use some little tweaks. Notably, the ability to better manage your production would be a great feature if implemented. - No ending/credits. It was pretty disappointing that after spending so much time getting all upgrades, absolutely nothing happens. *What do you call a sad strawberry? A blue berry.* Found this review helpful? This is the kind of game you leave on overnight, or leave open in another tab that you occasionally glance at while you're doing something else. In that regard it functions well as something to futz with while you're listening to a podcast. Recommended.

Very good game. 10/10 Played it on a long flight and spent 2 hours thinking "I want to play Elden Ring...but let me just click this bush real quick" My only gaming device is a Steam Deck so I huge appreciate the effort the dev put in to make sure the game looks good and plays well on Steam Deck. Good buy IMO if you enjoy clicker/incremental type games :) heck I don't consider myself a big clicker game enjoyer and I like this game...so maybe it's just good? TBD
