Bloody Ink is a horror puzzle walking simulator that takes place inside a haunted house, and in a few cabins surrounding the house. The mechanics of the game involves finding items, solving puzzles, lighting candles, and staying in the light to survive. If you have played any of the other games from this developer, you know what you are getting into. This game took just over 4 hours to complete. + The story is way above average for this genre. Coming to the conclusion of the game I felt like I was inside a twilight zone episode. A+ on the story telling, loved it. + The atmosphere is genuinely creepy and the game is full of all kinds of genuine scares. Play in the dark with headphones. The jump scares in this game are creative, unique, and you will surely get goosebumps a few times while playing this game. + There are probably over 30 puzzles in this game, all of them make you think, but none are frustrating. No guide needed. The puzzles are extremely well balanced. + The art in this game, (The paintings on the walls) which many might think is AI, is all made by the developer! All of it is outstanding work. + There is one very creative and creepy monster in the game, outside, in t…17 found this helpful
I didn't really like that one. Story a bit too confusing. Fight too frustrating. Game gets repetative. This game is very similar to "lost alone", but I liked the latter and the telephone more.3 found this helpful
This is a great game! There are a few untimely deaths, but you get used to them after a while! I love the fact that when you are doing anything you can hear creaks and the wind blowing. It's very atmospheric, and I can't wait to try again. A great horror game! Right down to the owner of the house lying in his bed and his eyes follow you around!
Bloody Ink, developed by Daniele Doesn't Matter and published by Doesn't Matter Games, is a psychological horror title that focuses heavily on atmosphere, tension, and emotional discomfort rather than direct confrontation or action-heavy survival mechanics. Built around exploration, environmental storytelling, and psychological pressure, the game aims to create fear through uncertainty and vulnerability. Instead of relying entirely on sudden scares or combat encounters, it builds horror gradually, allowing anxiety and unease to become the primary driving forces behind the experience. The story centers on Luca, a man attempting to rebuild his life after falling into financial and personal hardship. Struggling to recover from difficult circumstances, he accepts a job opportunity that initially appears to offer stability and hope. Tasked with caring for a severely injured man inside an unfamiliar house, Luca enters what seems like a temporary solution to his problems. However, the environment quickly reveals itself to be far more dangerous than expected, pulling him into a terrifying situation where reality becomes increasingly unstable. One of Bloody Ink’s greatest strengths lies i…
Good game! A lot of puzzles that are straight forward, but you have to find the elements to complete. Jump scares are unpredictable. The story is good. Buy it.
Excellent puzzle spooky game, well executed and impressive coming from a solo dev. Jumpscares are well timed, atmo is continously tense and it has a solid story playing through. Good times.
