The Skeleton King approaches! Take up your bow and defend the castle from wave after wave of the Skeleton King's relentless minions! Protect the castle gate or be overwhelmed!
In BowMage you are an archer tasked to defend the castle from attack. Waves of enemies will attack and you must use skill and tactics to survive.
Current Features:
- Smooth and accurate bow firing mechanism, identical in feel to Valve's Longbow!
- Waves increase in difficulty the longer you survive.
- Teleport around the castle towers using portals.
- Enemy archers will spawn and fire at your location, use your magic shield to block or teleport away!
Future Planed Features:
- More enemy types
- Magic arrows
- And more!!

Pretty good bow game... The game plays alot like QuiVR. The graphics are good, the shooting perspectives are also good. There are three difficulty settings, easy starts off pretty slow and enemies die with one hit. While the hard difficulty requires you to hit heach enemy twice to kill them. As you beat waves enemies get faster, and at level 10 another archer shows up and starts shooting at you which you have to dodge, block with your magic shield, or shoot the shooter... The bow is pretty good... better than some vr bows, but not the best either... its not as good as the labs bow... but does feel pretty good. My main complaint is the sound the enemies make when they die... They let out a really cheesy death scream. Lol Also I dont think there is any points or leaderboard to be found.. Otherwise a pretty good game... I only made it to about wave 20 or so...5 found this helpful

Picked this up for £7 after reading reviews and expecting more. One level, with one enemy type, and only three spawn points. The mechanics are good but not spectacular, and the sounds are terrible. Poor graphics & no ability to track your progress... no leaderboards, not even locally. Avoid this at all costs there are better out there for free.
Simple fun.
