Medieval battles were never this much fun. A lot of options keep Broadsword from becoming stale, playing offensive or defensive and having an array of weapons available to you. Give it a try! You will be glad you did.3 found this helpful
Really fun game. Once I got the hang of the controls there is a lot of depth and strategy to the fighting. The multiple game modes and factions puts a fun spin on the core game play. I think there is a good difficulty curve as well. I recommend picking up for some fun hack and slash!3 found this helpful
Broadsword is great game. The goal is to either defend your fortress or take over the map depending on the game mode. I played it a little by myself to get learn about it and can play many different factions that each have a couple of special units. I enjoyed the game even more when I plugged in some controllers for multiplayer. My friends and I were able to team up to defeat many enemies or go against each other. I would highly recommend this game for both single and multiplayer fun.2 found this helpful
Neat little hack n slash/strategy game if you don't mind Synty graphics. Something is weird with how AI assigns directions for spawn point tho.1 found this helpful
I played this game during the beta for it so my hours look less than I have in the game. Broad Sword is a fun game that has on the fly tactical decisions that you have to make as you are playing. While I am sure people will have fun just charging in and being a one squad killing machine, I found the most enjoyment in switching out unit deployments to address the build the other side was using. Definitely recommend checking the game out !1 found this helpful
Good basic game. High replayability. No story, but a simple premise executed extremely well.
