About Coldfall
Coldfall is a short puzzle/exploration sidescroller game set during the Cold War.
Play as a British reporter who has been sent to the (almost) abandoned remote town of Coldfall, which is about to be used for nuclear strike tests. After your car breaks down upon arrival, you immediately find that radiation from other test sites have plagued the town with mutants of the past inhabitants.
Explore the town and collect weapons, ammunition and other items while attempting to get off the island before the next nuclear strike hits.
Pay attention to your surroundings, always! Keep in mind this game is a one-shot straight play-through: there is no saving. If you die, you must restart from the beginning, so be careful!

A fun and short (less than 30 minutes) sidescroller trying to escape a city with mutants/zombies and an incoming nuclear missile. Users get a few guns and a knife to deal with several enemies and occasionally some tools to help progress forward. Graphics are pixel art and serviceable (best kept to a windowed size though). The most annoying thing is that since there is no saving, some Achievements require partial playthroughs to obtain fresh each time. Aside from that, I enjoyed myself.1 found this helpful
i ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate this game. You mess up once, you restart from the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ beginning. I'm done. I just want to complete the game, but I've died over 10232183129830 times. I was so close many times too. Big mad moment.1 found this helpful

An extremely simple adventure-horror game that isn't worth your time or money at all, when you could be playing a masterpiece like Lone Survivor instead. https://store.steampowered.com/app/209830/Lone_Survivor_The_Directors_Cut/
Very nice game, simple with a horror tone set in well with decent music and not trying to push through purely on jump scares like most other indie games.
Disclaimer: My scores/reviews are almost always based on having bought the game at close to the "lowest historical price" on steam at time of purchase. Quick score: 4/5 Cool little adventure game. Extremely short and simple but for the most part enjoyable.
