Coldfall

A fun and short (less than 30 minutes) sidescroller trying to escape a city with mutants/zombies and an incoming nuclear missile. Users get a few guns and a knife to deal with several enemies and occasionally some tools to help progress forward. Graphics are pixel art and serviceable (best kept to a windowed size though). The most annoying thing is that since there is no saving, some Achievements require partial playthroughs to obtain fresh each time. Aside from that, I enjoyed myself.

i ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate this game. You mess up once, you restart from the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ beginning. I'm done. I just want to complete the game, but I've died over 10232183129830 times. I was so close many times too. Big mad moment.

Very nice game, simple with a horror tone set in well with decent music and not trying to push through purely on jump scares like most other indie games.

Disclaimer: My scores/reviews are almost always based on having bought the game at close to the "lowest historical price" on steam at time of purchase. Quick score: 4/5 Cool little adventure game. Extremely short and simple but for the most part enjoyable.
