finished in 2.4 hours for 10euros, wtf
Overall it is a fun game, but I did not enjoy the mission mode that was added, in short because it is timed content. They did patch it to add more time though. Fairly short game with some mystery. Not all the upgrades felt worth it and having more speed actually makes controls more annoying for tight turns. Maybe your ship could get a slight radius increase for collecting minerals to compensate.
I felt the game has a fun incremental build with a charming play style. It's not the usual genre of game I play but seeing a brief play from someone else caught my intrigue. My only qualm is that it was over too soon! I'd love more settings and upgrades!
A cute indie game that seems to draw inspiration from Supermotherload and has the art style of Starbound. It has you digging through planets for resources and fighting evil robots and wildlife. While the gameplay and story are good, and you will not be disappointed by the base game, the monotony of the side missions sees you doing the same three tasks over and over again with mild environmental changes. Difficulty-wise you won't find much difficulty in this game as most enemy attacks can be easily dodged. I also finished almost every mission with all stars first try. My only deaths were to instant death hazards or to swarms of enemies. Length-wise the game (if you 100% it) is only about three hours long. Overall I highly recommend it, it's a nice short 9/10 indie-gem I would've loved to play as a child, Wish it were longer. Spoilers Spoilers Spoilers! (in case my spoiler command fails) [spoiler]I hope they add a more impactful ending, what we get is underwhelming and the missions just re-use base game assets including the final boss (which you can kill in less than 20 seconds), (why are the robots and the centipedes working together now??) furthermore the final mission …
its pretty good, I think the price is a bit much for being as short as it is, but at the end of the day its something i can poke in and out before work and not feel any commitment to it. I def like that the scanner just got an increased size, it would be cool if it stayed a little longer as well, and that the blue ore would show as a lighter blue because dark blue and black makes it harder to see. overall 7/10
Very fun game play, wish there was more!
