Damsels of Vice

The game is pretty fun on normal mode and easy mode, but it's an actual nightmare (for me at least) on its nightmare new game+ mode. Way too much grinding in my opinion and that's with all the skill purchased in its previous run.

Great art style and bimboization content. I wish there was more out of combat and longterm effects like in Veronica's Body. I hope to see more bimbo stuff from this dev! Only downside is it's a bit grindy.

Really enjoying this game. The combat has several unique elements to it that keeps it engaging and fresh, especially as you encounter new enemies that have different special attacks that you have to watch out for. You also have to juggle several different values to ensure you don’t lose a fight, and some special abilities actually cost HP, giving the combat a more strategic feel to it. Sometimes an enemy might trigger a QTE event, and depending on the type, you might actually want to do the opposite of the prompt, which gives the combat another engaging angle. The story is decent and moves at a good pace. The "content" we are all here for is also good, and is in the battles themselves, making it more intertwined throughout the game. One nice feature, is that if you beat the boss, you can still view the defeated scene later without having to reload and lose that fight on purpose. In short, I find the game challenging but rewarding. There is some grinding involved, but I find the combat to be enjoyable so I didn't mind it. Solid recommend.

I liked "Damsels of Vice" overall. I struggled at first, even on the easiest difficulty, but once I got the hang of it, I enjoyed the combat and found the story interesting enough. The game is quite short, though, unless you have a hard time with the fights as I initially did. Indeed, the time spent will depend greatly on how quickly you can deal with the enemies and whether or not you will need to grind to level up. Storywise, it cannot be more than an hour or two, but it is definitely worth a playthrough. The mature content was fine, and the transformation themes were handled well. While the game has its flaws, the unique mechanics kept me engaged until the end. (6/10)

Enjoyable game. Waiting for the second game set in this universe, which is currently planned to be coming out in March 2023.

Also a lackluster game. Very little fun bits to see, and the combat is annoying.
