Dark Watching: Chapter 1 – The Bunker is a gripping first-person horror adventure. You play as Jacob, searching for your missing sister. Your path leads through an abandoned bunker full of secrets, puzzles, and deadly dangers.

Ok, it's rough around the edges, the story and setting are odd, and the chase sequences are a BIT too unforgiving given your margin of error, but there's so much energy and effort in this short free prologue that I have no problems recommending it to any and all hardcore indie horror fans who are fine with something unpolished as long as it still shines with sincerity. I legit love the voice acting in this as it sounds like the people gave it their all and love games. for this young a dev and team to pull this off is impressive and I am very excited to see what more they'll do down the line if they decide to stick with it. Again, no illusions here, this is raw - but it's got the plucky and punk "DIY no AI" spirit of indie horror games and cinema of old and I'm all for it. Also again, free!1 found this helpful
I enjoyed a lot of the ideas the game has, but it’s really held back by poor voice acting and horribly unoptimized visuals, which lead to a lot of glitches. However, the game is free, and for that price, I’d say it’s worth playing.1 found this helpful

Optimization could do this game a world of good, but overall is an enjoyable experience. Would love to speedrun the game or play more. Worth buying the soundtrack to support the developer, and i can't wait for more games from this dev!1 found this helpful
