Deadly Premonition: The Director's Cut

If your game is crashing even with DFfix, try restarting your computer before playing. I had zero crashes while playing immediately after a PC restart. I bought this the day it launched on Steam in 2013 but couldnt get it to work and gave up, but playing the Directors Cut 16 years after the original was such a fantastic time. An incredible game where most of its flaws add character rather than detracting from the experience (excluding not being able to zoom out the map, holy hell is it difficult to navigate). GTA 6 was not worth the hype!!! Rockstar made another blunder guys so buckle up. They released this game in such horrendous state. Constant bugs, crash's to desktops and soft locks around every corner. Awful open world that only contains 3 car models as opposed to GTA 5 having hundreds. Car physics' have gotten a massive downgrade, every driving experience feels like that train level in San Andreas but Big Smoke keeps talking to you about ♥♥♥♥♥♥ b movies' from the 1980s. But don't let all that stop you from enjoying the many activity's that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ put in this one. While GTA5 has many side activity's and mini games to enjoy. In 6 They opted to only keep racing and added fishing. Even the gunplay got massively reduced. Now with a much smaller arsenal of weapons, cover mechanics completely scraped, now in favor for making you stand perfectly still and aim a cat laser to fight creepy crack heads in the forest that use slow melee attack's while their janky animations hobble towards you. Thankfully the dialog writing still holds up as great as always. Characters like Zach and Francis are instantly memorable and funny as expected from Rockstar. Overall Would give this one a wait til…

this game made me watch twin peaks

Its a cult classic, this ♥♥♥♥ is so bad that its actually good. As everyone else has said, yes everything is bad. But what I'm trying to say is that the story for this game is weirdly intriguing, the NPC's are strange while each of them have unique personality's. In my opinion It makes the story more bearable + entertaining. All love for my boy York. <3
