Devi5e: FEARS

You play as Diti, a woman who wakes up on the floor of a convenience store storage room. She quickly grabs a phone and starts talking to her friend, who stays on the line and tries to help her deal with the experience. How everything connects is revealed at the end. The store itself is small, with only the storage room and a toilet besides the main area, but the front door is locked. It also feels like someone else is there. The characters are voiced in Hindi, but the acting is very stiff and sounds more like lines being read without emotion. There is an option near the beginning to turn off voice acting, but it does not work. Instead, you have to go into the volume settings and lower the voice slider all the way down. Subtitles, however, work just fine. After the first few minutes, once you realize there is no easy way out, the premise becomes strange. A man with a blurry face appears, and you are told he is your coworker. He only responds if you form words using items from the store. There are five possible words, and each letter corresponds to the first letter of a specific item. You register a letter by picking up an item and bringing it to the coworker behind the counter. I…
