"Discovr™ Egypt: King Tut's Tomb" is a very small and mostly pointless VR tech demo from 8 years ago (almost feels as old as a tomb). All you do is look around and try to find some treasure in a mediocre recreation of an Egyptian burial site. The demo only lasts about 15 minutes. Graphicswise, this has some fairly mediocre/dated looking graphics that will understandably be a turn off for a lot of gamers, and it's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. It's VR exclusive, and that shows the developer failed to understand the most basic axiom of VR game design... if the only cool thing about your product is VR support, your product is not cool. You're forced to sign a highly questionable yet legally unenforceable End User License Agreement... for such a relatively low effort, low quality product, this comes across more as a delusion of grandeur than anything else. This agreement includes questionable requirements that may attempt to revoke consumer law protections that gamers expect to have, which is also highly problematic. Library of Realities.com review: Explore King Tutankhamun's final resting place in Egypt's Valley of The Kings in this virtual reality experience. Three of the four chambers of King Tut's tomb are recreated here, though unfortunately the recreation lacks accuracy and detail and doesn't do justice to the ancient artwork still visible in these chambers. Beginning within the entrance to the tomb, the corridor heading to the Antechamber should be sloped downward yet it remains level in this recreation. Three of the four rooms of the tomb are included - the fourth is the annex, and though it is visible remains off-limits for exploration. The elaborately painted walls of the burial chamber are shown here in some detail, though there are some issues with the scale - the coffin is much larger in real life and much more intricately decorated than its portrayed here. Also, some of the wall paintings are not correctly positioned, and doorways inaccurately cut straight through them. The opulence and skill reflected in the ancient artwork celebrating the life of this Egyptian pharaoh is perhaps the most impressive feature of King Tutankhamun's tomb, yet it is poorly represented here in this …
