"Double Play" is a visual novel for adults only. A young slacker named David moves into his late grandmother's house, where he meets the charming female neighbors, but one innocent prank turns his life upside down.
When young David moves into his late grandmother's old house, there's no way he expected his new life to turn into a convoluted comedy of misunderstandings. It all starts with an innocent joke: sitting in a wheelchair, David attracts the attention of his neighbor named Amelia, who mistakenly believes that he is paralyzed. Willingly, she begins to help him without knowing the truth.
In this unusual story full of unique characters, David finds himself at the center of a romantic whirlwind. Michelle, the attractive girl opposite, stirs his imagination, and Clara, Amelia's aunt, with her confidence in her own divinity, adds spice to the situation. And as if that weren't enough, the crazy grandfather next door with his eccentric antics makes life even more unpredictable.

The game's humor might be funnier in the dev's original language, but the English translation is sub-par. [b]Adult:[/b] There isn't much adult content in this “game”. Michelle, the blonde from the promotional screenshots, is seen naked through binoculars. Amelia, the redhead, has intercourse with David, the MC. There's also a short dream sequence where both of them are shown in lingerie, sharing a kiss. [b]Visual:[/b] During dialog, characters are shown as sprites on top of 7 different backgrounds, of which 4 are used for most of the story. A total of 130 renders contain posed characters, about 60 of these are the lewd scene mentioned earlier. On the technical side, things are fine. Characters are posed well and have facial expressions. [b]Sound:[/b] “Double Play” has a background music score, some sound effects and some sex sounds. Sound seems balanced, with nothing really jumping out at me. There are no choices or game play at all. Just click through. That would not be a deal breaker at a low price point, but weak plot, weak characters, one sex scene. Lame.5 found this helpful
