This game is FANTASTIC! I understand there are many people who struggled the mechanics, not because the mechanics are bad but because they are hard to master, however the story and deeper themes in this game is incredible. It genuinely feel like taking a journey down a mind not so dissimilar to one's own, and the dialogue is fantastic. I feel the people who dislike this game are valid in some criticisms, however the story and writing on its own holds it up, not to mention a great, emotive soundtrack and pleasing visuals for the worlds, sprites and bosses. I should have written this review sooner, the game is absolutely worth a try.

apparently there should be some sort of wall jump or double jump, or downward attack that boosts upward movement. Doesn't work for me. maybe because I rebinded the jump key because the dev thought the whole world used qwerty. Whatever the reason, I can't even get past the very start of world 1-1, because there is a gap I can't scale no matter what I do. EDIT: OK with the C key, a key the game never told me to use, I can apparently throw my weapon to make a stepping stone. What atrocious game design. Downvote stays until I decide otherwise EDIT: playing some more, the downvotes are justified. Too bad. Looked forward to anothe rplatformer H game. This aint it

it was pretty good game. but still not a good enough. action gameplay are fine. but artworks. and some arts dosen't matched at all. there some multi artist too much. but I only prefer artwork by "The Con".

So I got this game through a giveaway and honestly, I think the game is pretty well made. The main thing that stood out was the gameplay. It was very fast paced and getting combos to help me speed through the level felt very satisfying in some levels. It almost felt like Celeste with a coat of Devil May Cry paint. The art for the game is very well done, both the pixel sprites and the regular art and the gallery was a nice addition to the main game even if I myself am not crazy about NSFW art. I think the story itself was interesting but I feel like the themes of the game were a little confusing. Maybe on a second playthrough I could understand better but I found myself a little puzzled towards the ending of the game, wondering what certain things represented for the MC. Even with that though, I still thoroughly enjoyed the game and I can't wait to try out any other games this dev has/will make.
