Well its definitly chinese rules, not this richi stuff, so more along hte lines of how i expect mahjong to be played (SE asia) graphics could definitly do with an uplift especially the tiles, and intuitive interface, red and blue might not be the most accessible colours, espeically with red and blue characters on the tiles. BUT my family has found it a lot better than nagomi mahjong, that only allwos u to win with big characters. hope the author can make some cosmetic updates, but the mechanics work just fine2 found this helpful
I recommend this game as it has a solid core, good opponent AI, a fast pace and huge potential! What I like: - The AI of the opponents is quite good, leading to challenging, fun games even for advanced players. - Choosing the AI speed is great for players that want to increase speed to train their memory and tile counting. - Different views are available (isometric 3D from player perspective or 2D from above the table). - It has a beginner mode without Chinese symbols, and the combinations with points are neatly summarized on a single page. (However, this is probably not sufficient for players who have no prior knowledge of Mahjong!!) - It's a traditional Mahjong game and not just another tile-matching game. Go ahead and buy it to have a good time playing traditional Mahjong and to support the developer.2 found this helpful
This game is amazing and underrated. It's traditional Chinese mahjong, simple as that. Scratches the itch very well. I like the AI; it doesn't feel like you're getting cheated, but it can still drop perfect 500-point games on you. In the future, I would like to see more features such as achievements, but the game is still great enough that I could probably sink many hours into it. If you like Mahjong and are on the fence, absolutely get it!1 found this helpful
