Welcome to Ed-0: Zombie Uprising, a new ”Oedo Panic Rogue-like" title.
Story and worldview
The year is 1854, in Japan at the end of the Edo period.
At the time, Japan was in the midst of its isolation, but Western countries were undergoing a technological and labor revolution called the "Zombie Industrial Revolution," and were eagerly watching for new colonial settlements with a power unmatched in Japan.
Soon, the Black Ships arrived in Japan and demanded the opening of the country to the outside world. This allows the zombies to invade Japan....
The zombies that entered the country created more zombies, and the zombie infestation spread around Edo.
At such a time, a group of people with mysterious powers, unaffected by zombies, appeared. People rumored them to be the "Zom-beings."
Now, the hunt for zombies by the three "Zom-beings" has begun in order to restore Japan to the way it was before the country was opened to the outside world!!
Encounter countless surprises and unpredictable adversaries as you expand your power and achieve greatness.
Every run is unique. Player judgment will be essential, having to face “once-in-a-lifetime” challenges amid a hoard of zombies.

Game is a bit janky, but quite fun. All the consumables and charms can be either used / equipped by you, or thrown into an enemy. For instance, a charm that reduces your vitality by 400 is not something you'd equip, but throw it into an enemy, and he's stuck with it and has less 400 hp now. Same applies for poison herbs, sake, etc. Being aware of those crazy interactions is almost mandatory for some of the bosses, and proper enjoyment of the game, providing you some extra depth. Initially I set this as not recommended, but after giving the game some love (and receiving some helpful comments in the discussions) I came around to it.1 found this helpful

debatably one of the more disappointing games I got on sale, I guess I expected a dynasty warriors style roguelike, maybe if I ever get really bored Ill try this again but this was boring

how is possible that CAN'T fast the story, is or skip or wait the game read for me, really who tought that was a well game made waiting simulator or not know what is happening... really will not give it a chance if the developer is really this dumb
