EdgeLords is a boss-rush strategy card game with card battler and deck-building elements, where two sorceresses fling spells at one another and summon minions to fight for dominance. Her spells are devastating, especially Concussive Blast - each time its played, its damage increases! Emerging from the flaming portal in the forbidden woods, Lilith is an assassin sent from the demon realm to claim the title of Lord. What she lacks in magic, she makes up for in action economy. Brace yourself for Hedonic Rush, which usually precedes another attack straight away.

The game is fun and the decks and art are pretty good! However, some of the achievements don't register properly and some of the decks you randomly play against feel like direct counters. Everything advises you to begin playing the game on gauntlet mode, but with the many consecutive battles with no health resetting, I found it easier to get an idea of each deck by playing on classic mode. Enemies may have much more health, but your own health resets between fights in this mode and I found running the gauntlet was usually easier once I knew how the deck worked in classic. Overall, the game is pretty fun, decently sexy, and feels quite rewarding when you play your cards right. ;)1 found this helpful
