Epics of Noche, Brain Busted is an indie platformer with familiar movement physics to other games. It does a good job of feeling unique in that sense for a game that I presume was made by one person. Do I recommend this game though? Not exactly, you have to be interested by the steam page I'd say. The gameplay idea is pretty straight forward and easy to understand and it wasn't even that bad to play. It's clear the developer(s) have a vision for the game's feel as it's the strongest point the game has. I was caught by surprise at the movement tech available considering how the maps look, spamming glider lets you glide even better than holding it and I found that to be a lot of fun to just mess around with. To unlock new levels you have to find these hidden gold fish, I actually didn't really like that feature as it forces you to go looking around where my main focus when I was playing was the movement and trying to 'speedrun' the levels, but you can't really do that since if you miss the fish you can't progress even if you clear the level. I think a better functionality for the gold fish would be something else because it's what ended up stopping me playing the game in the end. L…1 found this helpful
