Escape from the Room of the Serving Doll is a fun escape room-style puzzle game with plenty of 18+ scenes unlocked after solving puzzles. There’s a bit of storyline woven in, and the game itself is pretty short. It’s also worth it if you grab it on sale.

Quite good for a short puzzle game. The logic behind the puzzles is easy enough to figure out, you can play the game in both Japanese and English (default is Japanese; Google Translate or one of the Steam guides will help you switch it over to English), the visuals are high quality and if you're into this sort of thing you'll have plenty to look at in between completing the puzzles. There are multiple endings in the game and if you're doing it without a guide it will take just under an hour and a half to complete everything. Bonus after completing the game is an album of everything you unlocked from the story images and a "Free Mode" to play around in. Given there's a sequel I recommend buying both games together for best value for money.
