About ESKO
ESKO assigns the player the role of an intern who is tasked with fixing the computer’s processor and writing code for the machine to read. These tasks are simplified in a manner that is enjoyable for all ages. The gameplay environment was modeled in co-operation with the Museum of Technology to match 1960’s Finland as closely as possible. All of the models were made by in-house graphical artists and reviewed for authenticity by the museums’ history professionals.
Players are tasked to fix ESKO’s central processor by changing broken electron tubes, writing code on a punched tape and inserting it into a code reader. If the code is written successfully, a miniature cannon will fire upon one of the three targets. The ESKO game incorporates a simplified version of the actual programming, where the players have to pull a lever and play a mini game instead of actually punching holes in a sheet of paper.

ESKO is a free VR puzzle game that is edutainment. It worked on my HTC Vive and Index system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok, was barely understandable. The Voice over and text are in Finnish. Using trial and error while reading the pictograms they had, was able to figure out what to do. Try it, if you like retro computers history, or understand Finnish.3 found this helpful

Изначально кажется простой, но с каждым новым уровнем задачи становятся все сложнее и изобретательнее, требуя от игрока логического мышления и нестандартных подходов. Приятная музыка и успокаивающая цветовая палитра создают расслабляющую атмосферу, что позволяет полностью погрузиться в решение головоломок. Особенно хочется отметить интуитивно понятное управление и отсутствие навязчивой рекламы, что делает игровой процесс максимально комфортным. В ESKO можно играть как короткими сессиями, чтобы отвлечься от повседневной рутины, так и посвятить ей часы, стремясь пройти все уровни. Тем не менее, иногда не хватает небольших подсказок для совсем сложных уровней, чтобы не застрять надолго и не потерять интерес к игре. В остальном же, ESKO – отличный выбор для любителей логических игр, желающих потренировать свой ум и получить удовольствие от процесса.

Can't run starfield.
Cool concept, but it just is lacking in content. Would love for this to be improved and made more realistic! The rgb on the units is truly triggering, please, get that part right.
