Fantasy Map Simulator

Had a 1000 year religious war between Islam and Christianity over a piece of territory. The 2 nations, the Kingdom of Germany (Christianity) and then 3 different Islamic nations fought on their own continent. Germany had the benefit of being aided by a very powerful power that was also Christian (they were the only 2 in their world or rather, the only two had any real actual power) and so had to consistently rely on them. When the large nation broke up into different states, Germany decided to ally with some of the other Islamic nations. W Plot Arc, W Game

not the craziest game but it satisfies a certain part of my brain so in my opinion its peak

i'd recommend it because its getting improvements but its far from perfect. while it's already not as much of a map painting sim anymore and has some more in-depth mechanics, it's still clunky and surprisingly difficult to make your own custom nations and the like. some of it just doesn't feel right for a worldbuilding map simulator, like all nations starting developed. i know there's plans to add gradual evolution where empires slowly and organically grow and unlock new tech, so i hope that gets added in soon.

Great game - I also like using it to generate D&D world maps when I do homebrew. My ONE complaint is the lack of map generation customization features (showing forests more clearly, etc) but the game is consistently updated so I'm sure at one point or another that'll happen.
