Okay, I initially gave this a negative review out of spite, but really the game is well made and polished to the point of that it deserves an overall positive review despite the difficulty. I've just made it past 100 points in Hard Mode (brag intended), at which point I assume it's safe to say that the game does in fact have a predictable pattern which you can master by regular gameplay and paying attention. I might post a guide in the community section after a while if I ever reach a decent amount of stable progress, but for now my advise for Hard Mode players is to 1) jump at 120 BPM, 2) avoid trying to land on the ground, but stay in the air between the poles, and 3) avoid the →, ← and ↓ arrow keys, at least initially, because using them in this mode seems so complex it's just not worth it. For Normal Mode players, I've made it to 72 points in my first 10-20 minutes of play time, and I'm fairly certain you can just double-jump over each pole one by one, and you will easily grind a lot of points, seeing as how the gameplay is slow. Flappy Souls is basically Dark Souls, but instead of dodging swords, you dodge… air

It's the best Flappy Bird clone I've played on Steam. It's also the only Flappy Bird clone I've played on Steam.
