About Flinger Tactics
Flinger Tactics is a turn-based strategy sports game where you fling your team of cute creatures to victory! The sport of Flingball is played like a combination of billiards, air hockey, and soccer where you'll fling athletes to break bumpers, tackle opponents, and score goals! As the coach of your squad, each turn you'll need to evaluate the field and determine which fling will bring you closer to victory. Scoring is always a good choice but when you can't you might consider making a substitution, repositioning, or utilizing one of your athlete's unique abilities.
Fling strategically! Each athlete class has a unique shape and ability. Some are defensive and can restore your protective bumpers, while others can frustrate the other team by knocking your opponents unconscious. With each fling you're altering the state of the field and often if you're not careful there will be unintended consequences. Nothing is worse than scoring an own goal!
Fling for fun! The flingers love nothing more than competing in the sport of Flingball! Watch the happiness on their faces as they fling around and react to the results of your fling and listen to their silly quips. Each flinger has a unique personality. Some are optimistic and encouraging, others are pessimistic and unconfident, and of course there's plenty of trash talkers.
Play the way you want! All the rules including athlete, bumper, and ball counts are completely customizable so you can decide the best way to play Flinger Tactics. Each flinger has a unique ability, personality, and appearance and every team that they play for has their own colors, name, and motto for a highly replayable experience.
Compete in tournaments! Play 4, 8, or 16-team tournaments against friends or computer-controlled teams to determine which team is the greatest of them all.
Mess around in Free Play! In this practice mode, there's no turns and no end to the madness. Fling your athletes with reckless abandon and watch the chaos unfold!

"Flinger Tactics" is a rather mediocre finger swiping game (apparently intended for mobile app stores but doesn't seem to have made it there... Google and Apple have QA departments) that's incomplete, and that's understandable, but it's better when developers ask "Is this a good idea?" [i]before[/i] they start developing a game, and not halfway through and after throwing it into Steam Early Access where it's promptly ignored by everyone. Because it's a bad idea, implemented badly. The developers abandoned this 5 years ago. It will never be completed. This unfinished game is just polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuinely, completely made games. The game features really lacklustre 2D visuals (does the developer not know 3D graphics became mainstream in the mid-1990s?). Gamers don't spend thousands of dollars on gaming rigs to pretend they're mobile phones or Commodore 64s. Not every "free" game really is. There's often MTX, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of things that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Разнообразие юнитов с уникальными способностями предоставляет огромное пространство для экспериментов и создания собственных, нестандартных тактик. Визуальный стиль минималистичен, но приятен глазу. Интерфейс интуитивно понятен, что позволяет сосредоточиться на самом процессе игры. Музыкальное сопровождение ненавязчивое и отлично дополняет атмосферу. Несмотря на свою простоту, Flinger Tactics предлагает глубокий и увлекательный игровой опыт. Рекомендую всем любителям пошаговых стратегий, а также тем, кто ищет что-то новое и необычное в этом жанре. Это игра, которая заставит вас думать и получать удовольствие от каждого хода.
THIS GAME IS A LOT OF FUN ME AND MY BROTHER REALLY ENJOYED IT, SURE THERE IS A BUG WERE YOUR PLAYER FLIES OUT OF THE ARENA, THAT JUST MAKES IT SO MUCH MORE FUN!
flinger tactics is a game that you would find as one of those decent flash games. its AI broke and softlocked the game once, so thats not too good, but it has local co-op which is where this game would shine. because of this, this game fits a very small niche and wont see much use unless some kind of way to play online was made.
