My no commentary playthrough: https://youtu.be/ZcbQFLv5Y0o An Impressive Solo Project with Incredible Atmosphere I really enjoyed my playthrough of Friday Night, and for a solo project, it is incredibly impressive. The game looks great, runs exceptionally well, and delivers a fantastic horror experience. The atmosphere and night vision mechanics are standout features that create a genuinely eerie environment. The sound design builds intense dread, and while a couple of the jumpscares feel a bit cheap, most are perfectly timed and land well. Uncovering the story through hidden articles and your brother's notes keeps the narrative engaging and well-paced. The only minor issue is the early game direction. Because a large portion of the mansion is open to you right out of the gate, you might find yourself wandering around for a while before locating the very first key needed to unlock a door. However, once you find your bearings, the puzzles are solid. Overall, this is a highly polished indie horror title with great pacing and a compelling story. I highly recommend it and am really looking forward to what this developer makes next.1 found this helpful
A really enjoyable indie horror experience with a creepy atmosphere, good exploration, and some effective jumpscares. The voice recognition mechanic is a nice touch and makes interacting with the spirit feel more immersive. The mansion is fun to explore, the puzzles keep you engaged, and the game does a good job building tension throughout.
