Chorus is a little frog with huge dreams of protecting the world. Being a tiny tree frog, however, society expects them to lead a life of religious studies, instead of training to be a warrior. They quickly learn things aren't going to be as easy as they hoped. With a powerful army and a mysterious rumour both on the rise, Chorus needs to prove that they can be a hero too - before it's too late.

Explore a beautiful, atmospheric land and fight monsters on your journey to find your place in the world.

Just no. There really isn't anything here. Combat is as basic as it gets and sort of pointless. All you get is currency which you get more than enough of from just slashing grass/pots as you go. The 2nd gif on the store page of the dev desperately trying to make it look remotely interesting wasting a bomb and slashing it towards the enemy actually makes me chuckle. There's barely any exploration, the world is very linear. You move so slow that you have to give yourself carpal tunnel constantly spamming dodge to get around at a somewhat reasonable speed. The story is disgraceful. Within the first few minutes of gameplay you get flashbanged by pronouns and propaganda. The rest of the game is just trauma dumping from the dev about how everyone hates them for being weird. The game is only like 3 hours long but I was on the verge of falling asleep half way through. Just more scamware that needs to be delisted OR at the very least propaganda tagged.

Sadly I cannot recommend this game. Don't pay attention to my play time as someone in my family sharing played it with me (it has some minor co op). Funnily enough the few minutes I have on play time here is me being astounded that it kept crashing and I couldn't get it to load for whatever reason even though the computer we did play it on is the exact same as mine in every way, parts and all. But I digress... There was some good potential to this idea. It LOOKS like a cute little frog game. And in some ways it is, but you'd have to ignore all the glaring issues with it in order to just enjoy a cute game. And there's just so many games out there with more adorable aesthetics and better game play to offer. It's just not worth it, even on sale like I bought it. To summarize, and minor spoiler warning in case this kind of game is your jam despite it's faults, you are a non-binary frog warrior named Chorus. And the game let's you know this basically within the first two minutes of playing. Now I actually was surprised to find this was an LGBTQ+ focused game, as nothing in the game description nor the immediate steam tags label it as such and usually developers put those tags at the …

A very cute short game about a small tree frog having big dreams. Definitely a very nice story game, pick this up if you want something short and sweet to complete in your library. I will 100% remember this game as one having a great story being a small indie game, nicely drawn with a great soundtrack. 8/10 :)

Omg ouf ouch it's beautiful. On the surface, it's a competent and cutesy Zelda-like, which is enough to have me sold. But for me, the gameplay wasn't necessarily where it's at, here. I felt like it allowed me a small glimpse into what our enby / trans friends have to go through. It's heartbreaking and beautifully told. Thank you for this.

Short and sweet story! I remember seeing Kickstarter announced on Twitter years ago, and I'm glad I finally played it. I relate to Chorus a lot, and it was fun to learn that we're the same age! The art and characters are charming, and the music ties the game together. I also appreciate the combat assistance, especially against the final boss. I look forward to seeing more from Frogteam Games!

Easy to play!! They have cute and deep storyline, its about small frog who want to help everyone and didn't want to feel small. They put in some insecurities in every character that often happen in RL. It's great playing this game. I usually dislike combat game, but this one have small pet to assist me combat hehe, and they have easy mode too! Worth to play!!!
