✦ AI summary

Players criticize this game for abandonment and incomplete development, with multiple reviewers calling it unfinished and unworthy of its price tag. The core gameplay experience is hampered by clunky UI design that forces players through unnecessary menu prompts for every interaction, making even basic actions tedious and time-consuming. While some acknowledge the game's ambitious potential and interesting concept blending, the poor execution, lack of cohesion, and apparent creator abandonment make it a regretted purchase for most players.

They are still selling this crap? If I didn't get in a humble bundle tucked in with some actually good games I would be mad.

I've had this in my library for years and played it for the first time today. I didn't kickstart it so I'm not as salty as many reviewers. Yes the default controls are hideous, but they can be changed. However, what can't be changed is that you need to go through a menu process to open doors. Every door. Every single time. You can't just click on a door and it opens. No. You click on a door, pop up a menu and then have to click 'open door'. It's not just opening doors. You have to go through this process for every action because the UI is execrable. Imagine an Elder Scrolls game where everything you did took an extra unnecessary 10-20 seconds. No one's got time for that. It's a shame because in the five minutes I spent with the game before deciding I wasn't going to waste my life in menus for opening doors. I did see a couple of interesting ideas that might have been worth using in better games.

This game should not be available for sale. it is barely completed to promised feature sets, if you can even call it that. A final "release" was pushed and then abandoned. The right thing to do would be to remove it from sale. Do not buy this, it is not worth purchasing or playing. If the creator wanted it to stand as a "hallmark" of what they created they could just put it up for free and maybe get a little more attention, but it just isn't worth looking at further than that.

https://youtu.be/13O63mUEI0M Providing an odd blend of styles and features is interesting but lacks cohesion to pull it together due to odd narrative and pacing.
