Ghost Town

A high-quality game that leaves you wanting more.

This is the kind of game that makes me wish steam had a setting between thumbs up or down as well. It's a really short experience, about 3-4 hours, and the first hour or so is a pretty bad start - and then the game turns around and shows how interesting VR puzzles can be, although the difficulty stays fairly low throughout. This game is clearly made to run on a Quest, but looks fine despite that. You'll mostly notice it from the very small and linear areas, and it's lack of physics or interactivity in general, though you could argue that it's actually helpful for a puzzle game. The story is nothing to write home about, very generic, and with a very obvious ending, though it doesn't detract from the game either - except for the fact that when dialogue happens you are usually bound to a small area with nothing to do except listen.

I loved this VR game and I have not been able to say that for a while. I put it up their with Wanderer and A Fisherman's Tale in terms of narrative and immersive quality (and excellent visuals, sound design, dialog, voiceover, character animations, the works!). I found the pacing to be just right and the content not too scary nor difficult (trust your intuition on the puzzles). The only negative I'd give the game is that it is left open for a sequel, and that's a hard promise to follow-through on these days. If you are not sure about buying the game, try the demo first (the full game will start where the demo leaves off, which is a nice touch).

I love this game! It's very polished. Really fun atmosphere, story, and acting. It's very spooky and eerie without being scary.

Thought I would give this a go and it was decent for what it was. I'm sure my opinion on the writing will be controversial but every woman in the game was exceptionally good at something. Even some old woman you never meet is supposed to be the best hacker. All the men are weak or obnoxious. With all the woke infesting entertainment, it's hard not notice these things unless you're a normie.
