About Grandma, No!

You’re Grandma. You’ve got a to-do list, a surprise babysitting gig, and absolutely no idea what's going on. That’s a dangerous combo.

Features:

 • 🍳  Chores! Like taking out the trash. Or summoning... something
 • 🌀 2D minigames that get real weird, real fast
 • 🏠 Three areas full of things you probably shouldn’t touch
 • 👀 A bunch of bizarre characters who may or may not be human
 • 🧓Be a Grandma on the edge (of understanding what’s happening)
 • 🍼 Babysitting?! Technically, yes. Is it going well? No.
In Grandma, No!, you’ll wobble through three sandbox-y areas, poke everything that looks pokeable, and try to get stuff done-until it explodes, runs away, or turns into a sentient sandwich. Each “simple” task turns into a ridiculous 2D minigame, followed by more wandering, more weirdness, and more characters who definitely need therapy.Taking out the trash may lead you somewhere unexpected, and cooking dinner could end up with more fire than flavour. Just when things start to calm down, BOOM — something weirder crashes the party. No big quests. No emotional arcs (well, maybe one). Just raw, chaotic Grandma energy.
Disappointing
I hate leaving bad reviews for indie games that clearly had passion behind them but I just did not think that was a good game and really didn't enjoy my time with it. First off, it's extremely short for the price, even on sale. I beat the game in an hour and that was while doing some of the side content as well. There's probably another 2 hours of content tops that I didn't do, and that was because I just didn't find the gameplay that interesting. Most of the game is just running around these small rooms doing Among Us tasks, and they're far too simple. Some of them are kind of funny but most are just whatever. That's actually my biggest issue with this game, the humor just didn't connect with me. It's a lot of just being random for being random and poop and vomit jokes. At least every 10 seconds, Grandma is either farting or throwing up everywhere and it got very boring, very fast. The rest of the gameplay is interacting with the environment doing random things like making toast, cutting down grass, or finding all of some kind of object in the room. These were very repetitive, and just did absolutely nothing for me. After I finished the main objectives, I…

I am going to be replaying this game for friends and family. They all love it and enjoy the insanity. It is VERY short, but soooo much fun. I have not had this much fun playing a game in a long time. It was even fun to show the game to my girlfriend. Quote from girlfriend " Oh my god. You have to show this to your mother"! (My mother is a grandma who would enjoy this without a doubt) TLDR; Very short but was the best gaming experience I've had in years

Honestly, played this a while ago and it is a blast! So many random things happen that are just funny. Embrace the chaos :D
