About Ultimate Grandma Simulator
Who said Grandma needs help crossing the road? Take care of a fragile, old Grandma as she sets forth on a grand adventure, stepping outside the comfort of her home to explore the world in search of her grandchild, Tommy. Maneuver across treacherous bridges and obstacles, where even the slightest nudge will send you toppling over. Complete 10 platforming-based levels set in a wide variety of map locations, including a busy cityscape, a rowdy elementary school, and more.
Easy Does It - One Foot After the Other
Grandma can only take one step at a time. Use your standard “A” and “D” buttons to advance forward with each foot and “W” to breathe. You will have two bars, an energy and breathing gauge, which will help guide you in practicing balanced breathing and expending and conserving energy as necessary throughout your journey. Remember to breathe so Grandma doesn’t get lightheaded from a shortness of breath and avoid using too much energy all at once to prevent her from passing out.Small Grandma, One Big City
A big city can be awfully intimidating to an elderly lady. With every step you take, try your best to pair the mechanics with perfect timing to explore each area. Prepare to take on the hustle n’ bustle of everyday objects and people, such as vacuum cleaners, frisbees, cyclists, and joggers, which all become obstacles of their own to tackle. Throughout each stage, be sure to stop at soft checkpoints for a brief breather before continuing on. If you fail a stage, pick up right where you left off at the previous checkpoint.Where could Tommy possibly be?
It’s hard to keep up with kids these days. Throughout your progression, Tommy will lead you through new obstacles and locations that are not fit for Grandma: An elementary school with a possible zombie infestation problem, wrecking balls, construction sites with falling platforms, and incoming military personnel and missiles. Nonetheless, help Granny pick up newly introduced mechanics along the way, such as left-clicking to parry, which will allow you to deflect throwable objects and test your skill retention of all mechanics, as previous enemies will reappear throughout later stages.Take the road less traveled
If you’re in for an increased challenge, choose to take more difficult pathways and routes to collect special golden coins, which will help Grandma regain forgotten memories of her past. Collect every coin throughout all stages to piece back together her memory, unlocking a special secret ending. What Steam players say

Ultimate Grandma Simulator is a physics-driven adventure game were you play as an elderly grandmother venturing outside her home to search for her grandchild, Tommy, navigating the world with limited mobility, stamina, and increasingly tricky obstacles. Pros ✔️ Captures that playful, chaotic charm - It reminded me a lot of the whimsy of Untitled Goose Game, where things feel silly but still intentional. ✔️ Difficulty ramps up well - New mechanics are added at a steady pace, keeping things interesting without overwhelming you. ✔️ Story told through visuals - The narrative is subtle and mostly environmental, which worked well for the kind of journey it’s telling. Cons ❌ The oxygen mechanic isn’t great - It felt more frustrating than meaningful, and didn’t always add to the challenge in a satisfying way. ❌ Some obstacles can be cheesed - There were moments where I felt like I succeeded more by exploiting the physics than by actual skill. ❌ Indicators could use more clarity - Some of the UI feedback didn’t communicate information as clearly as it could have. Conclusion I had a good time with this. It’s lighthearted, a bit ridiculous, and fun. I enjoyed slowly mastering how to move Gr…1 found this helpful
