Gravity Sphere

There's a 2008 movie called "Wanted" where the main character learns to make bullets fly around objects and otherwise defy the laws of physics. Here you're meant to a similar thing by shooting out blue tennis balls out of a toy gun. Or, well, those are meant to be energy balls and some high-tech weapon, but the way they look and move really leave the impression of toys. The objective is to launch the tennis ball in such a way that gravity-bending spheres can direct it to a target. The concept itself is nice. Sort of like pinball or those small bubble games you may have seen on the web. But the execution is poor. You have to guess where to shoot, click once and see where the ball would fly. The gun then takes several seconds to reload. If you could, say, spam left click to guess faster, it could've been fun. But you're stuck launching one ball at a time. And if you find a near-perfect angle, you then have to aim or move just a bit to the right/left until you get it right. Woe be upon ye if you forget where you just shot because you had to turn away to see where the ball would land. This turns what could've been a puzzle into a tedious guessing game. I enjoyed this. It's short and fairly simple, and the gravity challenges are neat. Some of the puzzles can be cheesed pretty easily, thus bypassing most if not all of the given challenge, but honestly I only found that amusing. I hope this developer continues to make more.

beat this in 27 minutes, was pretty enjoyable. there are 15 levels to get through. My only little gripe is having to look away from the target and then back to where you were aiming just to make a small change. hint for level 15 which confused me enough that I thought the floor was impossible to the point where I quit to main menu and went back in the game, look directly up when on the gun charger pad thing

Gravity Sphere is a portal inspired game, where you get a gun (that closely resembles gravity-gun) and you need to shoot a target in what seem to be test chambers. Shooting is allowed only in special zones and shot projectiles are affected by titular gravity spheres which attract or push our shell. There are probably 12 chambers (I haven't been able to clear the final one). Aiming mechanic is a little repetitive and requires precision. If you come up with an idea on how to aim for your projectile to reach the target, you're gonna be shooting many times at slightly different angles which is quite frustrating. Textures are nice, although I'd improve a little the model of the gun. The game doesn't have any loading screens but it should have: I have a good pc, yet on medium graphic settings I could feel the game lagging which felt like 20 fps.

This game isn't bad. It is still early access so some things are to b improved for the better. I got to like the 10th floor which has the opposite of the gravity orbs and just straight up gave up on it. It's difficult which is good! LOVE BREAD 🍞

Absolute beauty of a game, extremely short but packed with enjoyable and often times hard puzzles. 10/10 would play again
