cool game if your a dog person in the greyhound industry
pros - gameplay . cons - graphics . unbalanced finances . 5/10 . passes the time , but nothing ground breaking , unless you love the retro game feel . hope greyhound manager 3 is better .- few ideas in discussion to help .
Cute little game. Bought it while it was half off, and it's well worth the money. Getting your dogs to win isn't difficult once you find what distance and track condition they prefer, but you can't earn much money from racing itself so you have to get really good at reading race cards and dog records and betting based on that. Winning big forecast bets is super satisfying. The game is a bit hard to navigate at first and the manual is online, not in-game, so I had to pull it up on my phone while I played to read it, but that's not a big deal for me. Pressing my Windows key while in fullscreen mode blacks the screen out so I can't open my browser, which is annoying, but it's also not game breaking (if you wait the black screen goes away). Overall super fun, very strategy based so if you like strategy or spreadsheet style games this one is fantastic.
