This is a cute time killer game. You grow plants first and place them in your shop. You have to water them as well or they will die. You take pictures of your new plants. After that then you can take orders and tag them for sale. I wish the game told me that from the start. You level up and choose your rewards and can move to new /areas using your map. I hope to see some trading cards in the future. Over all for the price this is a good game.6 found this helpful
This game has amazing potential. However, right now the controls are tedious. Even with a mouse and keyboard, the pointing finger is a pain to maneuver. Getting it in JUST the right spot to work every aspect of the game diminishes the value the game has. I thought maybe it was just the Steam Deck, so I installed it onto my PC, and the issue persisted. I really want to love this game, but this is such a major flaw that I don't even want to play because of it. Hopefully there is a patch in the future that addresses this issue.5 found this helpful
6/10
its an OKAY game. This game is fun for the first hour or so but then it gets very repetitive. I feel like the art style could use some work as well, the colors feel very flat.2 found this helpful
Grow on the Go could be a really good game but it still needs a few adjustments. The plants are super cute and it was relaxing just growing them and trying to match your customers needs. But it suffers from a lack of quality of life improvements and some minor bugs. There are rare colors of each plant to find but the photo album is inconsistent in which photos it actually saves and the collection page only shows the base plants and not the variations found. There is no way to sell plants that are not tagged from creation so that means if you need to make some room you have to destroy healthy plants and take a loss. No Steam achievements and the in-game ones don't always register. For the cheap price I'm going to give this a thumbs up just know you're getting an adorable but incomplete-feeling game. Unsure if developer will continue to work on it or has moved on.2 found this helpful
An adorable time-waster game that is unfortunately lacking fun. It feels as though it's oddly lacking in certain features and mechanics, which adds to the mild frustration of trying to enjoy this game. On the plus side, the plants are quite adorable.
Such a fun little game, especially for the price! 9 hours in and still more progression to go, that builds up but still feels like you're accomplishing things. Would highly recommend if you're into cosy games!
