a bullethell, so you often have to move diagonally but the controls are bad with analogue stick it responds fine with dpad, but if you are like me and cannot use dpad, you're going to get frustrated game had pontential, but this ♥♥♥♥♥ it all up nb: i'm using a gamesir with hall effect, so it's not my controller that's the problem edit the hitboxes are also extremely bad. this game has no polish at all

This is a good, solid game, it is simple but I had a lot of fun with it. Its a large world for a game that should take under 5 hours, with a cute visual style and fun game play.

Very fun, if a bit short. I feel the boss difficulty was surprisingly inconsistent.

Another banger from VP. Missed a few secrets but completed it at 99%. Looked up the good ending on Youtube since my free time is scarce. Love these little microvanias. Nice to be able to complete a game with everything else going on in life. Everything about this one is charming. Nothing revolutionary but a good old school bite sized zelda like without too many puzzles. Challenging too. Some of the bosses cooked me until I explored more and upgraded my gear. And that was on normal. Only thing I'd change is maybe the movement speed. Mostly just so I could search for those last few secrets. But overall a very solid 3-ish hour adventure.

It took me just under 3 hours to complete (for 96% completion). Given the price I have no issue with the length. After a few particularly challenging games, I needed a palate cleanser and this was the perfect one. There is no platforming but the combat is fun with rewarding exploration and a steady stream of unlocks, new abilities, and power increases. There is funny dialogue and it feels fresh. It was very chill, save for a difficulty spike at the final boss that compelled me to go back and get a few more unlocks.

Nice little Metroidvania with rewarding exploration.
