This game is just ok... The early game is fun learning all the new stuff and how it works together. The controls on KBM are polished and well thought out. The Controller ones are a little jank at times and have hard to find options. The start of the game tutorial fails to show you much of anything. I learned everything from reading the slides. I don't know if this is a bug or a feature. The start was fun as I said. It was when I had 4-6 people on board and starting the electric potion of the game where the snags began. "Oh you want this water to be electric powered? Well you missed 4 other things and haven't even found any electronics in 2 hours. Also to salvage them you need specific tools. Must be crafted at nauseum...." One gate/hoop after another. I played other games similar like Planet base, IXION, and Frost Punk. Those were less tedious. I was disappointed in this supposedly chill game. mid game stuff is way too resource heavy. Or hard to get. Also, I got inventory locked way to many times and it is not simple sometimes when you are just trying to upgrade the storage. The game is not too difficult. It can be done. Just feels unbalanced in the mid game.

Lots of possible activities. Drifter management works well.

This game is fun enough, but has no replay value. I finished it in about 20 hours, and probably won't be playing it again. Rimworld had infinity replayability. Timberborn has a bunch of different maps and two different tech trees and can be replayed many times. Oxygen Not Included gets very samey, but has a bunch of different start conditions which effect the rest of the play through. Wandering Village generates a different Onbu back which will effect how you layout your village and the DLC adds a sufficiently different experience. There is no reason to replay this game. But it is fun. I enjoyed it. The art is cute. The gameplay is fun. I especially liked the bit with the space rocket. No spoilers, but I like that it wasn't what I expected a rocket to do in such a game, which I like. But I did give the game a thumbs up and said I would recommend it, because it is good enough.

It is very fun i love the part of the game where u start getting everything controlled with electricty. The reason i stopped playing was because i got softlocked. When a specialist dies u cant get them back, so if i need the electrity and astronmy specialist to reaserch a rocket and one dies just cant reaserch it making the game impossibe for me. I havnet played in 3 months so they might have fixed this but it was really anoying after playing for 89 in game days and having to restart to something out of my power. Overall try not to let specialist die.
