Inspired by the relentless descent of Exit 8, Happy Hotel delivers a mix of platforming, short puzzles, and suspenseful surprises as you fight to escape its sinister halls.Key Features
- Unique Floor Challenges: Each playthrough features a selection of unique, handcrafted floors, ensuring every descent offers fresh and unpredictable encounters.
- High-Stakes Survival: Quick deaths send you back to the start, making each move critical as you adapt to traps and puzzles.
- Thrilling Platforming and Puzzles: From precise jumps to quick-thinking challenges, each floor tests your skills in different ways.
- Face Happy, the Mascot: Inspired by creepy-cute mascot horror, Happy the bunny doll lurks on each floor, adding a constant source of tension.
- Variable Playtime: Depending on your skill, playtime ranges from a quick 15 minutes to a challenging 2 hours, making it perfect for short bursts or longer sessions.

Fresh take on the new genre, goosebumps-scary but not terrifying. I laughed at my own mistakes. The game has a lot of charm, especially for Nyakuza's first effort!1 found this helpful
Enjoyed playing the game and actually beat it but never unlocked any achievements which is a major disappointment.
Happy Hotel is a simple anomaly game made with a few free assets, and it's worth the low price. The anomalies are quite good and fun, making it a great game for the price!
Not a lot of play time if you have a good run, but super enjoyable and replayable. Would recommend more achievements and MAYBE a few more puzzles
Happy Hotel is a great experience, which delivers a lot of fun and challenge in a small package. The value fat outweighs the cost, especially at the same price point as a large soda. It’s worth checking out and is a great palette cleanser to break up play sessions of longer games in your library.
Despite spending some time randomly cussing and threatening Happy, Happy Hotel is where I found my happiness this weekend. A solo dev has managed to fulfill everything promised in the title description through a bug free & very atmospheric experience. I can't suggest this game enough and will be adding a follow to see what may come next.
