The game picks up directly after the end of the first game taking place on a mysterious Caribbean island where Heileen was shipwrecked with her friends.
Heileen soon discovers a deck of tarot cards representative of the seven deadly sins and the seven heavenly virtues. The cards have the power to change both her dreams and her reality, and will help Heileen discover many hidden things from her past, and ultimately what she wants to be? A saint, or a sinner?
The game features 15 unique endings and an enhanced version of the original quest system in Heileen with 20 quests.

More gay, can't wait for the sequel
I think this is a vast improvement compared to the first installment. It’s very different in tone more reflective and introspective. I really liked the growth of the heroine, regardless of the choices you make, she comes a long way from where she was in the first game. I also enjoyed the mechanics in this one. The added supernatural elements, along with the variety of endings tied to sins and virtues, felt more engaging than a traditional romance route storyline. I had fun with it, and the music is good too.
Unbearable main character and unbelievable side characters. My rating 1/10, not recommended.

I liked the first Heileen, but in this one, the "story" is just about choosing wich dream you want to do and in which order. It's not very interesting...
